I have also been with aplus for six years. I have two personal plans and 20+ plans set up for my clients on their servers. During the first five-and-a-half years, I had very few issues with their services. Recently, September through November 2009, they decided to migrate all of their clients to new servers. The migration has caused numerous issues for me and every one of my clients. These issues include lost email messages, malfunctioning php forms, SSL issues, and more. I have made the decisions to move all of my clients and my domains to another shared hosting company. This is quite unfortunate as aplus has always been dependable.

I’ve been with Aplus for 6+ years and have been content. I have a small site for a local business plus some add on domains for family stuff. No traffic to speak of. Sales and technical support have always responded timely. Billing is a black hole. Aplus was caught doing black hat self promotion when google bot visited the sites they hosted. I felt this warranted an explanation and apology to each customer but it did not happen. PHP software that works fine at other hosts, has issues at Aplus.

Bottom line, I will leave my existing sites at Aplus but any new ones will be with another host.
