The website is impossible to navigate. Very confusing and hard to find anything. All the busty girls and unnecessary graphics detract from the usability of the site. I called them and at first they would not admit to a problem. I mentioned that several others on the BANS forum were having the same issues. Then they said the trouble was with Ebay and they expected it to be fixed "shortly". After "shortly" became 4 days, I switched to HostGator and things have been fine since. Some server side scripts will not work with their hosting and the price is not very competitive when compared to similar plans at other hosts.
