I have the Swamp plan with Hostgator and it works great. I’ve yet to have any outage and the CS has been good when I asked them to move some sites over to them from another host.

I switched over from GoDaddy as well. I never had problems with GoDaddy support but their shared hosting wasn’t up to par. I switched all my sites to HostGator and never looked back. One thing you get with HostGator that you don’t get with GoDaddy is cpanel, you don’t know what you are missing.

I have the Baby plan on Hostgator for all my websites and I have had a very good experience with it. I knew pretty much zilch about web hosting when I started and I found it to be easy to use and the support has been good.

I switched to HostGator after Go Daddy lost their ebay feed. I too have found customer support to be outstanding. I have had them restore 2 suites after I crashed them (MY fault). I switched from Baby Gator to a reseller account and they transferred several stores to the new account. I had problems with several of them but CS resolved them quickly. I am satisfied with them.

I have had a Baby Croc account for over a year now and have found the staff to be helpful and prompt in replies to queries. Compared to a UK hosting company I use I would recommend them to any one.

I have always been with Hostgator and I just refuse to move from a host that has provided exceptional service. Down time has been minimal. Customer service is responsive and I even upgraded my plan with them. For my needs, I see being with them for quite some time. I am not a reseller, just have 20+ sites on 5 panels.

Hostgator has provided rock-solid uptime for me and their support has been top notch. I’ve had two support questions which got answered through their online support chat. Can’t beat the $7.95/mo Baby plan for unlimited everything. Well, you can probably find others for lower cost but not sure if you want to sacrifice quality of service for a few bucks.

I wrote a review for startlogic a couple of days ago. I retract that. Startlogic is junk. To many issues, my page started loading slow, sprint cut their connection to them. When I would call to get help, they always ended the phone call in trying to sell me something, regardless if they fixed the problem or not.
You have to buy site back if you want to back up anything, I purchased this and they tried to sale it to me again a cpl days later when I was having issues and called in.
I am now with HostGator, I have their baby plan and its great. My page loads faster, no problems with any thing or my page. Great customer service.

I have about 10 websites hosted with Hostgator right now and have been using them for about 2 years now. I have used 2 other hosts and was not nearly as happy as I have been with Hostgator. They’re service is excellent, even when the mistake is my own fault! They have often fixed an issue that I was unable to fix after I had been messing around with a website.
Overall, Hostgator offers great service at a great price.

ok I’m at a total loss. I have 2 sites currently hosted with a co. called StoresOnline. They are charging me a fortune to host so I was looking at Host Gator. The problem is my sites are template based and if I move them to Host Gator. I won’t be able to access the template and store builder I was using.
How will I access my information and products? How will I add new products and new information???? I feel stuck.
